About me

Hi, I’m Kenneth. I’m a freelance developer and technology enthusiast. On this blog I share my ideas and knowledge about the things I encounter in the wild. I’m interested in the tech community, helping people, driving forward new technologies and gaining a deeper understanding of the how everything works. This blog treats any theme that interests me, which is usually technology related and more specifically .NET and web development. My career as a developer started in 2005. I have done several projects of varying size in web development as well as desktop development for companies in different markets. My main focus area is the Microsoft platform (c#, Azure, .NET, Windows Phone, etc.) but doing web development, I’m also invested in client-side technologies such as HTML, Javascript (and frameworks) and CSS.

Programming is not just my job, it’s my passion. I like creating new things, exploring a new API or solving a problem I never even knew existed.

I’m passionate about coding standards, elegant solutions and pattern-based development. The excitement knowing that you solved a problem with a flexible and solid solution is what drives me. The good feeling you get after refactoring a badly tailored component can lighten up my day.

I hope you enjoy my blog and feel free to comment on my posts, contradict what I say or challenge me.
After all, learning and developing oneself is what it’s all about.
